Cinnamon

Made with cinnamon, this ale is like Marmite - you either love it or you hate it.

Ingredients are listed as a percentage of the full grist, followed by example measures for a small 5 litre brew. Hops and additives for the boil are then listed, with the percentage values this time calculated against the total grist weight. Again example values are given for a small 5 litre brew.
