Designed for winter season! Very strong ale, give this a few months to mature!
Ingredients
Ingredients are listed as a percentage of the full grist, followed by example measures for a small 5 litre brew. Hops and additives for the boil are then listed, with the percentage values this time calculated against the total grist weight. Again example values are given for a small 5 litre brew.

Note
Rack this ale into 'stubby' bottles, you won't want to be serving these in more than half portions! Leave this strong ale for as long as you can, preferably at least 6 months, to mature to its full potential. Brew it in the spring and enjoy on Christmas day!
